History–Tours

For guides and tour providers

This is free, and it's staying free. History-Tours.com takes no commission, charges no booking fee and sells no rankings. Every link on your profile goes straight to your own website, so the traveller and the booking are yours. Why I built it this way.

Already listed?

Open your profile and choose Claim this listing. You'll add a small “Listed on History-Tours.com” badge to your website, then tell us the page it's on. We check it automatically, and an editor confirms your claim.

A claimed profile lets you:

  • write your own description, in your own words, and add photos
  • add, edit and link your tours directly to your booking pages
  • see how many travellers visit your site from your profile
  • keep your website link and contact details listed permanently

If we emailed you about your listing, the email gives the date it's held until. After that date we hide your website link and contact details, because we only show details a guide has confirmed. Your profile stays up, and claiming it restores everything at any time.

Founding Guides

Guides who claim their listing in the first six months get the Founding Guide mark on their profile, for good. It's our thanks for backing this early. See the Founding Guides.

Not listed yet, or know someone who should be?

Read our inclusion policy, then send the website address through the contact form. Choose “Correct some details” and tell us who you'd like added. Guides know which colleagues are serious, and recommendations from guides are how this directory should grow.

Changed your mind?

You can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time. Removal requests are always honoured.
